Self-Exclusion Terms
Last updated on 17 August, 2025
The amended Self-Exclusion Policy shall enter into force on 10 17 August, 2025.
1. For those customers who wish to restrict their gambling, we provide a voluntary self-exclusion policy that allows You to restrict Your access to our platform either permanently or for a limited cooling-off period of Your choosing. During the self-exclusion period, whether permanent or temporary, Your access to Your Account and the ability to place bets or play games will be restricted.
2. Once self-excluded, You will be unable to reactivate Your Account until the expiry of the selected self-exclusion period, if applicable. At the expiry of the self-exclusion period, Your ability to use our gaming platform will be activated automatically. However, You will receive an email confirmation of this information, which will be sent to your registered email address. Accounts self-excluded permanently will remain closed permanently.
3. We offer two types of self-exclusion options to help You manage Your gambling activity:
- 3.1. Permanent Self-Exclusion: This option is available if You declare Yourself as a gambling addict. Upon such declaration, Your access to the platform will be permanently restricted, and Your Account will be closed indefinitely. Once permanent self-exclusion is applied, You will not be able to reactivate Your Account under any circumstances. However, if a User requests permanent self-exclusion and is not a gambling addict, the account will still be permanently restricted, but the User may later request reactivation, provided they are not a gambling addict.
- 3.2. Temporary Self-Exclusion (Cooling-Off Period): This option allows You to restrict Your access to the platform for a limited period chosen by You (e.g. 1 week, 1 month, 6 months). During this time, You will be unable to access Your Account or place bets. Reactivation is only possible after the cooling-off period expires.
4. In order to initiate self-exclusion, You must clearly state the reason for Your request. We are unable to process any self-exclusion without a stated reason. This requirement applies to both permanent and temporary self-exclusion. You can provide the reason by:
- Contacting our live chat support on the platform; or
- Sending an email to support@tomcasino.net
- Submitting a request via the validation stamp available on the website (подача заявки через «печать валидации» на сайте).
Your self-exclusion request will be approved and will become effective from the minute you receive a confirmation email from us, which may also mark the expiry date of your self-exclusion period.
5. We may also decide at our discretion to place Your Account on a short self-exclusion period if we believe it to be needed and or beneficial to You. This will be communicated to You by email. The present Self-Exclusion terms will apply.
6. Upon the commencement of self-exclusion period, we will return to you all funds remaining on Your Account. You are not permitted to maintain any balance on Your Account during a self-exclusion period. You will not be able to access Your Account to withdraw any funds during the self-exclusion period.
7. If you are affected by a self-exclusion in terms of any active bets, the Cash Out function will be applied at the point of self-exclusion confirmation. Bets will not be void; stakes will not be returned or remain active throughout a self-exclusion time period. Bets will not be reinstated after a self-exclusion completion.
8. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure compliance with our responsible gambling self-exclusion policy. However, You accept that we will not be held responsible or liable if You attempt to open any new accounts and continue to deposit and wager using additional accounts which have previously not been disclosed. Any future wagers, Bonus funds and entries in any promotions during a requested self-exclusion time will be forfeited, resulting in no return of stakes or payment of winnings. Also, if we have suspicions or further investigation provides evidence that You have actively attempted to disguise the source of Your Account or accounts, we may decide to block Your Account or Accounts promptly. We will not be able to reinstate these if the account is reopened after the self-exclusion period.
9. You acknowledge that:
- a. You should not attempt to deposit or place any wager during your self-exclusion period;
- b. You should not attempt or proceed to open any new accounts during your self-exclusion period, or indefinitely if a permanent self-exclusion has been selected;
- c. If You succeed in opening any new accounts during a self-exclusion period, we will be entitled to close any and all such accounts at our earliest detection.
- d. Our responsibility is only to take reasonable steps to prevent You from gambling on any of our products. It is Your responsibility to refrain from breaching these agreed terms.
- e. Self-exclusion is a voluntary request made by you. If you breach this terms, we or any of our employees will not held accountable or liable for any losses You may suffer. Any losses acquired during your self-exclusion period will not be refunded.
